I started setting up my virtual assistant business in Nov 2004 and quickly discovered there were very few resources for UK virtual assistants. Whilst there were plenty of guides, factsheets, VA templates and checklists available for US virtual assistants, they weren't suitable for UK VAs. Which left me asking why no-one had collected a one-stop shop for UK VAs? Not a lone VA who had written a book to supplement her meagre VA income. Or a training company who had jumped on the virtual assistant bandwagon to earn a quick buck. But real information compiled from experienced, successful virtual assistants writing real, independent reviews of products and services.
